The process begins with an onboarding video call or physical meeting. We engage the client on an interactive conversation in an effort to understand how we can provide value to the business. After we are aligned with the desires and expectations of the client we initiate the contract signing and the collection of all necessary documents, assets and access to the existing systems.

Data Presentation and Proposed Turn-Around Strategy Document.

We present a detailed action plan that is sales and customer acquisition oriented. We provide all brand assets, mockups and designs. The client is engaged and involved in this process because we can only proceed with the proposals when the client gives their approval.

The second stage is for data gathering. We do a brand deep diagnostic assessment, from website, social media platforms, marketing channels, Databases and Sales records. This allows us to design a data driven branding and marketing strategy.
